Solution

The planning and creation of a programme of consistent bi-monthly promotional campaigns, improved in-bar communication and the introduction of a full-colour, glossy, mini magazine and drinks guide. Improved supplier funding and incentivisation and a ‘fly-through’ to excite and educate staff about how they improve implementation levels.

Result

Implementation of bi-monthly campaigns improved by 13%. Blend mini magazine and drinks guide now in its fifth year.
