Responding to a brief challenging us to improve in-bar POS implementation levels and encourage better staff participation and sales, we created an in-bar virtual fly-through, showing staff and suppliers alike the next exciting promotion and getting them excited about their potential involvement and rewards. We were also able to show the latest planograms and fridge merchandising solutions and ensure much higher levels of compliance across all areas of sales.
